It's ok speed for a IX with those mods, a so-so time for the speed, and a below average time for a IX with those mods.

Probably your first time based on the 60', so the good news is you can lop off .2-.3s just by learning to launch/drive and not touching a single thing on the car. Get back out there and knock it down to 12.2 with a 1.7x 60'.

im not that far man, trying to hit the 11s with stock turbo, just need to take some things out the car and go there with a 1/4 tank of gas, and o2 housing i should be there with a better 60 ft. . we will see

.48 seconds is a LONG WAY TO GO. People say "if" a lot, but they don't realize how difficult it is to really cut time off their ET. You definitely can hit 11s on a IX with light mods, but you are not going to get near 11s with your current trap speed. Some weight reduction (near-empty gas tank is better than 1/4 tank), the o2 housing (5-10whp), and a real 60' will get you much closer, but don't **** of the drag racing gods by thinking it's easy to cut off half a second. If you think about it, you've maybe cut off half a second from stock so far, so doing another half second will be tough, but it's doable.

this was my first time racing this car, 11.999 is my goal, with c16 and some other small mods i should be there. hoping to hit 115 mph with a 1.6xx 60 ft. i shold be there i know i could have done better but im just learning how to drive the car. so we will see.

Well, yeah, with C16 at $10/gal, of course 11.999 will be much more feasible. You didn't say anything about race gas earlier in the thread, though. YOu probably don't even need to mess with C16 unless you're going to get a 2nd custom tune specifically for C16. You could probably do it easily with just some regular 100 or 104oct and the boost cranked.
