Sense you say it is alot i figure ill go ahead and tell you what you get.

Kit Includes
GSC S1 Evo IX cams
GSC TruTurbo back exhaust (O2 housing, Downpipe, Test pipe, and Catback)
K&N Drop in filter
AEM Electronic Boost controller/gauge combo and autometer dash pod
ECUFlash cable and tune.
$1995

we have another car here that is waiting on a clutch with the Stage 1 package(god we need a better name than that, im sure we can come up with something creative ). The stock clutch went earily do to the owner being a V8 man and not knowing how to launch an AWD evo at the track. sorry jeff i had to...

we will have 1/4 mile times on this car, its about a 3 hour drive to our closest 1/4 damn the south and their 1/8 mile tracks. but then again we do have 2 road courses less than an hour and a half away.
I think its a pretty neat package. Very interested to see how the cars perform with it. And the price isnt that bad either.

LC, well not everyone is ready to jump into cams right away, especially on a IX when you can get down to 11.5s with stock cams. I think it's best to have a stage 1 with simple bolt-ons that don't require opening up the head. Most people won't be ready to jump in and do an extensive mod like that. TBE, BC, and tune is awesome and can run the times you ran easily. Then, stage 2 would be great with cams and LICP or something like that. Up to you, though.

Regardless, the package is pretty nice, and the price is pretty good. Should probably add a fuel pump, but other than that, it's nice.

CPOEVO, Skilmatic ran those times at the drag strip well before he started on the built motor and big turbo. Many others have done just as well with the same mods...

Yea I was actually thinking the same thing. But the thing I like about the stage is its original and its something different. I think for some this will be right up their alley. And I was wandering about a fuel pump as well. Maybe thats on their next stage or he simply forgot to mention it.

I agree that it's original and will suit the needs of people who want to go straight to cams. However, having a stg1 and stg2 separate is the same thing. It's just semantics, because then people can buy stg1+stg2 for the same price as this stg1, yet they have the option to get a stg1 that doesn't include cams for less. This way, you suit everyone's needs by changing NOTHING except the name of the package...
