It will be time to get a new clutch soon (gt35r is on its way). And I'm not sure what to go with. Id love to get a tilton twin carbon, but its a bit too pricey for me right now. The other clutch I have been looking at is the exedy twin HD, which is a bit more affordable.

It would be nice to get your 60', clutch, launch rpm, and wheels and tires. And if you have broken any drive line parts since you added the clutch.

thanks

Please lets keep this on topic. Thanks for the replies, but Im looking for 60's not how they feel.

thanks again

And needing 800tq for a carbon clutch, not sure about that one. If that was the case then no evo would need a carbon clutch

GET THE EXEDY HD TWIN! Consistant 1.6 60' times. will check what the pressure was set at. GREAT CLUTCH! Did to this to the TC though.

Tire pressure was TOO LOW, stuck in VHT. I was NOT driving. Still awaiting for the video when it blew. will tell me more.

The clutch feels GREAT!! I have had the clutch for 70K miles, 2. I had the first HD twin in the USA, and love every mile on it. after the catastrophic failure of the TC, it let out a HUGE BOOM at the track, black smoke/dust blowing out of the hood vent, and out the front fenders, etc... and now the clutch runs GREAT!! Didn't hurt the clutch at all! Great feel on the clutch for DD also. I am waiting for a TC rebuild from TRE as we speak. HIGHLY recommend BOTH!

i've had the exedy twin hd for 15k about 50-70 launchs on it, and i beat the living hell out of it... more than satisfied, i'll be buying replacement discs when these burn.

anybody know how much the discs are?

best is a 1.69... consistent low 1.7's...

i just got new tires that actually stick, so once i adjust my launch to them i'll have 1.6's for sure without a problem

cheers!

I have the Cusco Twin Disc and love it. I have a couple 1.68-1.69 60' times and consistant mid-low 1.7's. I have crappy tires though.

The one that came with the ACT I assume =p

I also forgot to mention that I launch at 6500 on the factory 2 step limiter thingy, quick slip, builds about 12psi.
