Same full weight Evo IX goes 121.66 mph
He said Cosworth cams... Thats 272/272 11mm lift... there is only one type!
Crazy trap indeed...!!! Congrats...
Now that you said the tire dimension i see from where you found the extra mph trap!
Good Job...
I'm passing the 1/4 mile in fourth gear. The reason i'm not lowering the E.T.'s is because i'm still spinning a little bit in the 60's, like i said i'm going to try in another track and lower more the tires pressures and see what happens. I which i can go 1.58-1.60' and break the local record 11.44 sec made by an Evo 8.
thanks everyone,

7800rpm limit
1. 235/45-17 = 118 mph
2. 245/45-17 - 120 mph
8000rpm limit
1. 235/45-17 = 121 mph
2. 245/45-17 = 123 mph
Definitely is doable on the IX
i used a calculator to see the max speeds at a 7800 rev limit and a 8000rpm rev limit in both stock dimensions and bigger dimension tires...
