Slicks and brake fitment help

Anyone here with experience on getting slicks and wheels to work with stock brembos or a different caliper? I'm trying not spend a bunch of $ on the willwoods brake kit.

maybe the brakes from a different lancer?

Yeah i was thinking of that and i just need to do the front brake...but i was concerned about the 12in calipers
