I usually drill some holes in my tires to shave a few ounces

That is why anyone who drag races a 9 second Evo either has a severe mental illness or a trust fund

I have had to cut my drag racing trips down to once a month for this very same reason

Keep in mind the $1,000 for clucthes, tires, lube etc is when everything goes good - when you crack a block in half or blow up a rear diff it becomes a lot more costly

Without a doubt drag evos are not a cheap way to express your automotive passion

Perhaps those guys who go to "car shows" and sit on a lawn chair all day relaxing are not so stupid afterall?

This dude has 24" tall tires - I would assume that they are lighter and also result in more rpms in 4th gear

what offset are you running on the 15" wheels ?
and how wide are the wheels 6.5 or 7?
