On my 91 Talon last year.
1.62
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires.
215-45-17
20psi(f), 22psi(r)
ALS + 2step at 5,500rpm.
Spun really hard too.
This is with open diffs. Stock viscous LSD in the rear though.
Wipers didn't come on though.
ACT2600 and stock disc. That was the last launch I believe on that disc.

Dam man nice times 
1.65 60' with stock Advans,Stock evo 8 wheels,stock suspension,stock Clutch,
Basicly stock everything except HKS264 cams,Boost controller and TBE,Dynoflash
and NO 2 Step and NO WEIGHT taken out of car.That just about covers it Paul
