It is amazing how good safety technology is...that car basically disintegrated.

 

latest update said a broken left wrist and ankle . multiple abrasions on the right knee and hands (probably from dragging down the wall) . love him or hate him , John Force is the man !! twice as many championships as ANY other professional driver in any form of top-end motorsport . Hope he has a full recovery .

Man, what a crash. I wish John Force the best and also hope he does a full recovery. Funny Car drag racing just isn't the same without Force.

 

I heard about this...what a horrific crash!

 

To me it looks as though the Bernstein hit the timing equipment and it hit the rear of Force's car which caused the car to break into pieces. That is the next safety area they should address if that is the case. I pray that he is ok and has a quick and full recovery.
