I was very happy with my first pass ever down a track.
a 12.57 at 105.59MPH was my first run and the evo seems to be fairly consistant with a 12.59 @ 105.59mph for my 2nd run. Traction was limited off the 2step and i barked 2nd and chirped third.

Then I decided to drop air pressure in the tires and only resulted in wheel hop and I also locked out of 2nd for my third run and ran a 13.300 @103. My forth was the worst, wheelhop + 2nd & 4th lockout and letting of the throttle resulted in a 13.68 @ 86.36mph lol.

Yesterday was pretty good but wish they didnt shut it down so early. i wanted to get at least another 2 passes after letting the car cool off.

Keep in mind that I'am BossEvoVIII from the lima racing forum.

Thats just the new username I'am using on other forums like lima racing, findlay tuners and toledo tuners.com. I just didnt want any confusion withthe current username I use on EvoM with the username ("BossEvoVIII") that my friend andrew put in the video.

 

not too bad for first time. Id say lauch higher rpm with more lcutch slipage for boost and for a more controlled launch

 

I mean any thing is possible, but I just have never seen a 12.5@105mph from a EVO. Can you provide time slip details or scan it.

 

60' would need to be a sub 1.6 to net that et. its possible tho. a local guy here ran a 11.9x at 111 with a evo 9 catback and flash only. but , yea, this would be one hell-of-a driver mod.

I will try to get to a scanner as soon as possible. for the slips. Im on ****ty cooper zeon tires on a track that VHT is only sprayed to the 60'. I know what Im talking about.....of course im dissapointed with the trap but its clearly in the video.

I have no reason to lie about a 12.5pass......its nothing special. I was just happy my first pass ever down a track was a 12 secpass.
