Not all cars are the same and stages don't really mean much. It's what the total package does for a particular car, the weather conditions of the run (probably had optimum conditions today), the driving, the track conditions, and astral alignment.

Nuked, surprising it only hit 114 holding 4th with 91+ in the 1/4, but I guess the gearing was giving out on you...

a good tune should get you 11s on stage 1, my problem is for some reason i can't 60' any better than 1.78 these days and when i do get a couple low 1.7xs i miss a gear. I have gotten 1.65s several times in the past so I don't know what the problem is. Yesterday in gainesville I ran a 12.02, 12.04, 12.05, and 12.07 all at 114.5-115.25MPH. If i had an actual race gas tune I'd probably trap about 117-118 on this setup but as it is i spike 25psi on 100-octane running my 93 tune.

Yeah I start dropping hp at 6800rpm and I held it out to 7700. Plus I run alot of boost compared to most, I am pretty confident the stock fmic is pretty maxed with this turbo by 4th. I never pickup as much mph on the back half as most stock turbo evos seem too.

Something else. My clutch is still crappy. First run I used the 2step as normal and just roasted it again. Second run I figured I would try driving it like a FWD/RWD and feather the gas around 6k, worked like a charm.

But yes conditions were great, track prep was pretty good too.

Congrats again, Jason! That car exploded ahead when you nailed second gear.. I'll always remember that run for that one shift, hehe.

Yes daily driver (not that I drive far). 26psi is what I have been running for some time now on pump.

Shutdown goes up hill. Track is pretty average as times go. Prep usually is not all that great. I will be heading to Mason Dixon which has better prep and lower elev. soon. Gonna throw some race gas in and see what she will do. Hoping for 11.6's

Car did 354tq/336hp on the Atlantic Motorsports Dynomite Dyno.

26psi may seem high, but for some reason my car will take it. No knock, and the timing is not low as most would think. For referance, a local friend has a 9, same mods as me. When we tuned it on lower boost (23psi) it would not take the timing that mine did without knocking. Same fuel everything. Some cars are just stronger then others I suppose. Now I am trying to decide between going stg4 and stopping or going to a 3065....
