Finally 11's on pump/110 mix.

Okay i made a post awhile back talking about how i was a little upset i couldnt get a 11 second pass, so i went back tonight and got me one of them.

First pass

12.5 ( Right lane, no prep, NO TRACTION, but once the car got rolling pulled great.

Second Pass

60ft 1.752
330 4.988
1/8 7.685
mph 91.01
1000 10.018
1/4 12.007
mph 113.27

Getting better getting better

Third pass, and to top it all off it was the last pass of the season. They closed the staging lanes right when i got my helmet on.

60ft 1.724
330 4.940
1/8 7.626
mph 91.26
1000 9.953
1/4 11.937
mph 113.55

These runs where all on my pump gas map with a splash of 110 in the car just for my peice of mind. Ive seen to many cars run at the track and blow up from detenation so i always throw some 110 in just for the safety/peice of mind sake. Boost was spiking around 22-23 and tapering to 19-20. The car has alot left in it honestly for the stock turbo.

Complete Mod list:
3inch turbo back
walbro 255
injen cone filter
exedy twin hd(stock clutch line and still got the restrictor pill)
GSC S1's
Hallman MBC

I changed the tittle from pump gas only to a 110 mix because every seems to make a big deal about that being the only way i ran the times i did. Although i made no changes to make up for the 110.

very nice, and congratulations! I have all of those mods sitting in my living room + a couple more (gotta clean the garage before doing the work). I hope to put down similar results, though I'm not sure on the track availability anytime soon.

BTW - any weight savings done as well? Also, altitude/temp (approximate, just so I know comparative data).

From what i heard in the staging lines it was around 50% humidity. cold mid 50s all night then a low 50, to high 40 for the last run. elevation around 3000

Great times, however no matter how much 110 you add it is not pump gas. Still great driving!

lol are you kidding me, i know 110's technically not pump, BUT i put it for safety because i dont like running my car on 93 as i stated. I was tuned on 93 and ran the exact same map, and it was a splash for my own peice of mind. 1 gallon of 110 to 4 or 5 gallons of 93. Its a peice of mind thing because everyone knows rcae gas makes NO difference unless you adjust for it.

Really interesting that you ran low 12's, high 11's on low boost, stock turbo while Chris@Mellon just made a post accomplishing the same thing on an Evo Green...

Either you should be really proud or he should be kind of disappointed

he should be proud of his 11's, that's great but when you add 110octane to 93 octane it's no longer 93 octane pump gas. Knock goes away, timing ramps up and you make more power.

the evogreen gave me 35awhp over the stock turbo...not impressed, the meth kit goes in asap so I can see what this turbo can really do.

p.s. the new signature is misleading:

11.93 @ 113 on pump/stock turbo

it should say:

11.93 @ 113 on pump+110 mix/stock turbo

to be more accurate
