I would consider that a good run. I had the same mods only stock catback and couldn't get off of 13.0 at 104 Im not a good driver though.

It's wierd cause I went 12.93 @ 107 with a 1.87 60' before I took out the seats, tire, and jack. I also had less gas in the tank when I went 12.78 so it just seems kinda strange that my time wasn't much better..

You may have had a cross wind or, or atmosphereic change since the other run.

i am impressed if your IX did that then..kudos...no disrespect but with that 108 you should be running high 12's out of the box..maybe your shifting was a little slow from second to third?

When I ran that 13.0 at 104 my 60ft was 1.807 if that helps at all. I think if you keep at it you will break mid 12's easy and perhaps a bit further.

That's what I'm hoping for. I've heard from quite a few ppl 12.3's are very possible

so someone explain to me how he is trappin 108 with possibilites of hitting 12.3s out of the box? That is simply why i rasied the BS flag...how is that possible? It has to be the shifting from second to third or from third to fourth or both that gave him that god awful et for that trap

I think you misread some of the posts. I'm the guy hopin to get some 12.3's and I am not stock. As for the other guy trapping 108 I dont know why his et was low..

Here's my run with the mods in my sig.. except full weight. The 330' is what set us apart (MIVEC?).. we have the same mods but I still ran 3410 lbs with me+laptop in the car

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Thats not fair to compare - IX is not the same as an 8. And there are a lot of factors other than the tune in times - like driver.

In my opinion 108-112 MPH would be better. But if the car doesnt want to make more power - then you can always add more mods!
