Any interest in a multi brand shootout?
I thought I would try to organize renting a dragstrip (and eventually 2 different road courses) for some fun to have actual owners race their cars legally against each other.....
it is fun to quote magazines and/or ***** about magazines...so this would be more like.... run your own and live with the results.
A local dragstrip (central PA) ( www.beaversprings.com ) says they will rent out the track on any open day for $30 per car (10 car minimum)...... If we could get a couple of Cobra's, GT Mustangs, Viper, Evo, STI, 350Z, S2000, Camaro's, M3's, etc....
that would make for a decent time...... I was thinking I could call it "car wars", but that sounds ghey!?
Let me know if anyone has some interest...... The track I chose is alittle out of the way for most people..... maple Grove wanted $2500 for 4 cars... and $100 per car from there....
