We have our first meet of the season this saturday and I have finaly put the evo on slicks(after 8 years of racing it on radials) im running M/T 26X8.5 on some weld prostar wheels.

we ran it on the weekend and my first run was a 9.80 @ 144
2nd run 9.72@143
This was my first time on slicks, and im very happy with them
averaging 1.4 in the 60
then on the third run it was popping out of third gear
i think the dog ring is warn in third
so its back to getting the gearbox out and fixing it

 

howcome Nick wasnt racing?

 

He had a cracked 2nd gear and the input shaft was also bent, ppg had no parts on the shelf.
