Talking Drag Strip Results

Well a few or us went to the srtip and made some runs.

1st Run 2nd Run

1.14101------Reaction---------.8862
2.0339--------60 Feet-----------2.0096
5.5267--------330 Feet---------5.4488
8.4317--------1/8 ET------------8.3519
85.88---------1/8 MPH----------86.03

I had some problems with launching I guess you could say. But working on it. Still have the stock clutch in right now.

I know there were 4 of us running and a 5th showed up but did not run and one of us even ran a camero and had a better time. I am not bragging just saying. I got the vid. I will post vids later of us all running out there today. I just have to figure out how to get them off the DVD and on the Computer to post them. But I must say it was good times and cant wait to do it again and maybe have a bigger turn out.

lots of people make the mistake of worrying about reaction time when they should wait to leave when they are ready. Your time doesn't start until you roll out of the beams so don't rush yourself.

the 60' is bad..needs to be at least in the 1.7x, you're losing a solid 3 tenths or more right there.
