Do not do this, ever. Shifting at 6100 even on a stock turbo is going to be sloowww.

I always have shifted my car at 7500+.

Bump the boost to 23-24psi and shift at 7000rpms, unless you have a graph to really determine where to shift. Your times will really improve with that..
