AMS goes 8.42.... The Quickest gets even quicker!!
Thank you Spark Tech!!! Without you guys and that bad *** COP that run would not of happened!
Waking up today I just had a big smile on my face. We we just have to get the car in order so we can take it to the track again. Now that we know what she has the potential to do we are FIRED UP about getting it back to the track!

It is still an IRS car and as far as I know it will be for quite some time. Hooking her up has never been a problem and as you will see from the video she goes straight down the track with no bouncing at all. It took a great deal of time but we really have our suspension dialed in well.
Eric Jones is quite simply a freak! As someone said earlier in this thread that car went from 0 - 137mph in only 5.485 seconds. It takes a special person to be able to handle that!
Typically our car will pick up right at or just under 40 mph from the 1/8th to the quarter to give you an idea of what Trap this MIGHT of been able to put down. that would put the potential trap somewhere around 175 or even more. Now we just have to get it back to the track and do it...instead of speculating about it. The last thing we want to be is a bunch of bench racers.

Awesome job AMS, showing once again why you guys are the best in the business. Cant wait to see what she does with a new cage and a clean pass with all 4cylinders working all the way down the track. Simply amazing
wow. you guys just dont quit....
was this on the new F1 manifold and new CNC head????
great job. and maybe i can run your 1.8th times in the 1/4th...... o yea. and get up some pics of the beast.

you guys need a thread consolidating your successes in road race, time trial, time attack, drag, hill climb, and standing mile. that is a wide scope of motorsports for a single shop to participate in.
other guys are second best in one arena and make a big deal about it. AMS takes the evo platform further than anyone and barely makes a fuss.
congrats fellas!

Just out of curiosity, what is the best 60' the car has pulled to date? I dont see any reason you guys couldent have a Mid to High 7 second pass if you get another tenth off that 60' time and have a clean pass. Good Luck!

- update your sig, and post the slip over on the fastest list. I see it isn't updated yet. lol
