New MPH for the Orange car

Master Mark made some small changes to the Orange "tin can" so we decided to go to the track today. Bogged the launch on the first pass and ran 9.21@167mph. Unfortunately the oil pump went on that pass so it ended our day. We will be putting a new pump in the car this week and then heading back to the track.

Nice, Any idea why the pump let go and do you plan on doing anything to fix it? Just "one of those things" or a little too much timing belt pressure?

The pump had a lot of passes and a 60-70 dyno pulls on it. I think it was just her time.

Are you using a concentric oil pump shaft or a mirage stud shaft Keith?
