We have many in the 11's with that clutch. Its actually the same unit we are using in the graphite '05 MR.
Thanks Scott. Trying like hell to put that TTP tune into the 10's on the 16g. If the rod fixes my lockout im gonna go ahead and buy a set of M/T motorcycle slicks and use them at a private track rental on Dec 14th. One way or another I'm going to get it.

Why didnt Scott recommend the TTP spec disk that they sell with the ACT clutch which is supposed to be lock out proof ?

I was looking into using this clutch and their disk over the winter.

I wish I could have that 330' time, but I get locked out of 2nd. That 89mph would probably be 97-98mph with a good 3-4 shift.

Thanks. I'm counting on atleast 98mph in the 1/8th after I remedy my lockout issue. I was reviewing my Evoscan log again of the run and this time I zoomed in for a very close look. It took me about 0.16 seconds to shift into 2nd and 3rd and 4th took 1.4 seconds to complete the shift and get back at WOT. That has to be worth around 4-5mph in the 1/4 I would think.

How much torque are you making?

I dont know...this was was race gas and at 32psi. I am running a 61mm turbo from ETS with all the supporting mods along with Maftpro speed density.

Gotcha. I made 456wtq on TTP's dyno back in summer weather. Now that it's 40Degrees cooler it's probably more like the 470 range. Perhaps that's why you haven't had any lockout issues so far since your most likely making less peak torque.

33-34psi. Once this stupid lockout issue is fixed I expect to trap around 98-99mph in the 1/8th and 124-125mph in the 1/4. Will see.

I too had the Act HDSS clutch lockout issue at the drag strip in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears would never give me a clean pass unless the car was shifted really slowly we tried everthing to get it to shift it just wouldn't do it so we put in a Devo/Quarter Master Twin in problem solved.
