AWD Motorsports Evo.. Quickest Stock Turbo Evo X!!!

Well guys we finally got a chance to bring back out what used to be our Shop Evo X.. We recently sold it to a good customer of ours who agreed to keep up on the mods and racing of the car.. Only the 2nd time ever at the track the car ran 11.81@112.33.. We also backed it up with an 11.99.. Mods are below..

93 Pump Gas
Buschur Intercooler / Piping
Buschur Intake
Buschur Exhaust NO CUTOUT Exiting the Rear
Stock Downpipe
NO METH or Water Injection
Tuned on Dynojet 424x ( NON LOAD BEARING DYNO )
100% Full Interior
Stock Tires

Thats a great time, but the trap seems low. How much weight was taken out?

I'm sure the BR parts helped with the weight reduction, and the flash raised the roof on the revs.

Great work nontheless.

I think it might be the other way around. I think that the trap is on par with the mods but that's a crazy fast time for that trap.

Just the wing and driver weighs 200lbs... Matter of fact FMIC and PIPING is heavier than stock also.. Just a good tune and driving is all you need!!

Um.. ttp's car is trapping higher but the ET is about .3 slower.

Most Xs trapping 112 don't break 11s.

It was on the limiter in 4th also.

What's the new limit? And from the video it seems like it hit the limiter after
it set off the lights. Not trying to hate, just interested in the set up and time.

It's finally time for lightly mod'd Xs to start hitting 11s now. =]

I dont know what RPM but 112.54 on 1 of the runs was all it would go in 4th..

Well according to the driver it was well before the traps. It was pretty obvious in the very 1st pass of the night when it ran 12.20.

Correct the run on video it did hit after the traps.. the 1st run which i didnt get on video it was a 2.0 60ft which gave it more MPH and it was riding the limiter thru the traps.. max MPH of the night was 112.54..

Some of the BR parts actually heavier than stock.. 4.5" FMIC is 40lbs, Steel large diameter piping ETC.. Driver is also 200lbs.. Not a light combo but with a great Jestr Tune it pulled it off!!

Good job guys! That car was smelling like new when I saw it. I remember as John was tuning it I was talking to him it had EVERYTHING. Nothing has been removed out of the car from what my girlfriend and I saw. I was showing her the difference in seats, radio, etc etc from my car. That car is a pig (in weight). Congrats again to everyone involve. Crispeed, how long did the tuning season take

Wanna know whats even funnier.. The new owner uses the car as a 100% daily driver unlike when i owned it i drove it now and then.. I realized at the end of the night when we had to load up some tools for a friend in our trunk that the damn guy put the Spare Tire, Jack, and tool kit back in the trunk!!!

LOL... Yeah, I remember the day of the dyno tune he needed his car to pick someone up or something, so yeah, it is his daily.. Nice daily might I add...
