New STOCK TURBO World Record!! 10.21 / 132mph!!!
Thanks Shaun. Still lots of work ahead of me to get that far. We'll see what happens this week.
Sorry I haven't been able to post guys. Just getting to the internet right now. I am looking through pics, slips, and vids. I will post up in a few minutes. Lots to talk about....
He let me borrow some speed tape to keep my windshield in after I blew it out
LOL... The Mopar team were there also cheering me on. Couldn't ask for a better night really. Track temperature was 56 degrees and air temperature was 36. Definitely not the best for traction, but she managed to hang on pretty good. I did 3 hot laps when the sun was out and went 10.33, 10.29, and 10.21 in that order. Then I decided to wait for the AWDMOTORSPORTS team to check the car over. The sun went in and that was pretty much it. The car still went consistent 10.20's, but 60's dropped significantly
I am 100% confident I could get the car into the 9's. But I set a goal path and need to stick with it. I may come back at a later time and get it done. But for now, on to the red and well- maybe something a little bigger..
