I went 12.13 last year at 115.8, BBK Full, full weight, stock cams on 93 octane. This year, with the prototype BBK+, I did the run above.... with a badly slipping clutch.

And Chad, go buy an Evo so you can show me how much I "suck", cause you ain't driving mine. LOL

well i finally got out to cecil county tonight to run the car with the bbk. first let me say take it easy on me it was the first time ive been at the track with the evo and my 60 foot times sucked bad. im not really a drag racer but i had a great time and will definately go again to work on my launch. all runs were on exxon 93 pump

the car ran like a champ, it felt great and pulled it *** off. it just needed a good driver, me=fail.

best run of the night

60 2.137
330 5.564
1/8 8.364
1/8 trap 92.18
1000 10.751
1/4 12.701
1/4 trap 118.23

great trap speed, just a crapy driver

to compare there was another evo there tonight running a simillar set to mine but a fp red insted. he trapped 118 as well, but he could drive.

here is a link to my mods and tune https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...bbk-ftmfw.html

CBRD,

I'm in North Jersey and would put one of your turbo's on my car, if you would offer some type of sponsorship. I have a very good set-up, I will get you some good drag times if you are interested.

I sold the 6262 and ordered my bbk full. I plan to run this with e85 and a petey turbo tune.
Honestly I have not been this excited to run the car in a long time. I will post times as soon
As everything is set up. I should have it running in two weeks.

Selling a 6262 for a BBK to drag race is kind of *** backwards but good luck with it.

I am also converting to e85. When I bought the kit I planned on a full motor build. Its pointless to buy a turbo that is capable of 700hp if your not going to take it there. With my first child on the way I'm not going to be able to all out build.
I'm trading the lag to have a car that's just lot more fun to drive on the street. This is the reason I bought a bbk over trading with one of the 20 people that offered me a red.
I'm trading overall bigger power for the reliability and fun of a stock appearing turbo.
When put this way it is not really *** backwards.
