Wow, cant wait to see this one! I still dont understand.. Shouldn't you be racing street car for street car.. and his STI makes 150 More HP then yours and his EVO makes 300 more HP.. LOL. On paper sounds like a no brainer. I guess he wants to bring a Cannon to a knife fight. Oh well.. my Money is on Mike!

I hope you are kidding Mike. Al's Evo is what 1000whp plus? your is what 500whp ish? I am not doubting your driver skills, I am just applying the basic Carlos's common sense. I still would love to see you guys racing. I see people mentioning the 800whp Al's car but didn't he break the 1000 whp a while back?
Take care Mike!

Take care Mike!
Carlos
I was making 1,000 who with the Gt42 and experiencing some problems with blocks craking and rod failures
The decision was made to go down to a smaller Gt37 turbo and make 800 whp and be more reliable - the car has run a few 9.8 @ 153 passes

When's this taking place? i'm guessing on the track ..Mike if I were you I would do a race gas tune other wise your just wasting your time (AL traps over 150 and you are in the 120's....Both car's are similar in many way's both car's are built, big turbo's ,professionally tuned on a dyno ,stand alone.etc
My money is on Mike just cause I seen him take out a 2008 gsx-r 1000 a few nights ago and this bike traps at 150
boozen & blazin

From what, 0-60? That just doesn't add up, that guy must be a horrible rider. Mike trapped like 126 on pump and would get anihillated by any halfway decent rider on a 150mph bike.

Even in the quarter he won't beat a 150mph bike. Just not going to happen unless you have a rider who is inexperienced. 150mph bikes go 9's allll dayyy longgg. Mike runs 10.9 He could beat a 1000cc V-twin...

No No brothers..the guy on the bike was a great rider not sure if he was on it 100% cause he had a half helmet not a full face and he was smoking a cigarette..it looked kinda funny but a win is a win and Mike had him from 60-150..I was right there in my 1st gen dsm which traps 139.

Indeed. This is some great bench racing. I want to challenge AL next. I'm probably in the 250whp range. If he sleeps at the tree, some chick flashes her bewbs and distracts him, misses three gears, starts in fourth - I'll own him. OR who knows, by the time we race, I might have dumped 75 grand into my car and hire a pro to drive it, so we'll see.
Only teasing, looking foward to the video.
