Finally in the 11s....93 Pump & Stock Parts!

Very happy with my results tonight.....One of the fastest Stock Turbo/Pump evos around my area. No meth, no e85, nothing.

Self Tuned.

Here is the run down of my runs tonight.

First Run- 60' 1.9
1/4 12.186
MPH 114

Second Run- Blown IC pipe. 43seconds

Third Run- 60' 1.92
1/4 12.107
MPH 114

4th Run- 60' 1.79
1/4 12.049
MPH 114.8

5th Run 60' 1.78
1/4 12.026
MPH 115

6th Run 60' 1.87
1/4 11.9
MPH 116

Car was very consistent, pulled hard.
Towards the end, My wide-band had stopped working due to me accidentally unplugging it while Evoscan was running. I was forced to blind tune.
I simply increased 1 degree of timing through 3500-7500rpms (Load 100-300) and picked up 2mph.

Evo VIII- Stock Turbo/Stock Clutch/Stock FMIC & Piping/ 93 Pump Gas. 26psi.

Car had a faster et looking at my 11.9 60'.

Time to remove the stock turbo and bolt up my 3065 and see my pump numbers!
Obviously FMIC/Clutch will be replaced!

Videos up soon.

That is impressive running that much stock! As you said, your 60' could improve even! Congrats!

You already know that running 11s with that short list of mods is impressive. It also speaks to your ability as a driver. Is the car still at full weight? I see that you have plans for the 3065. Are you referring to the 3065r or the straight up 3065? I've been trying to figure out what difference the "r" makes as far as performance is concerned. Why chose that particular kit over...lets say...the HTA35r...or even the FP Red? I'm just interested in the logic you applied in making the decision. Thanks.

The really good man for the little mods you have. With a better 60ft your 1/4 will be even better

Thanks Guys!

I will be going with the BR Cast 3065, Ball Bearing.

I kind of want to run the car again with these stock parts but I have sold the IX turbo and the kid wants me to remove it from the car asap

I think with an aftermarket clutch/IC I could have pulled an 11.6ish on straight 93 pump gas.

Car is an 03, no sunroof, weighed in 3200 even with me in it last year when I was at 190 lbs. I am now 212lbs. Also Full interior.

we just had a guy her in northern cali run a 11.5@116 with a MR (6 speed). he is cutting consistent 1.6x 60' times on street tires. if you could get your 60' time in that range, you would have REALLY quick ETs. great job with minimal mods.
