Today was "The Showdown" at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. It was hot as sin and there was a pretty good turn out.
A lot of big shops showed up, including but not limited to: AMS, IveyTune, English Racing, CFT, Turbo Trix, just to name a few.

I took 500+ photos and I'll be going through them over the course of this evening as I sort, edit, and post.

I don't have a telephoto zoom, so forgive me for the lack of racing shots. I need to pick up an EF 70-200mm F/2.8L IS at some point....when I'm not broke.

Great day, great crowd but it was TOO hot!!! i was seeing 125s IATs....

I as running the head up class and i lost to the gutted slicked grey EVO II in the quarterfinals. I had a better ET but the combined with his RT was faster!

Faster pass of the day 11.46 @ 127 @ 3380 pounds on pump....

11.46@127.2 (1.89 60ft)

Looks like a nice turn out hopefully next year the shootout and showdown can offset their dates allowing us to attend both instead of spiting each other and splitting the community.
