What is and who has the record for fastest stock block evo 8 or 9 with a red

 

check the "top 20 fastest stock appearing turbos" thread and I'm sure you'll find your answer.

I checked but they don't say stock block or what not. Says time who drove and type of turbo

Yeah it's definately RyuEvoIX. I think he ran a 10.3 and then Diiirk ran about a 10.7
I'm hoping to be somewhere in the high 10's once I get my TC case back from Shep. I managed an 11.4@118 at only 25psi/93pump so I'm hoping to break 10's for sure.

HEY!!!!! There you are! I hope to put out some numbers like you one day!! You're car is freak'n fast!! The numbers in my sig are only pump gas(93) numbers at 25psi so I'm hoping for something in the 10.8 range if I can get a 1.68-1.70 60ft once I finish up my meth tune at 30-32psi. Do you think it's attainable?

 

That's just incredible. 10.3 on stock block FP Red. Jesus....

Yeah man, ryu is all over evom with the FP Red stock block in the 10's.

 

Hey gsr0801, are you on that list? You've got a great setup so I know your car flies as well.

 

Give her another 8-10psi with methanol and a little bit of weight reduction should get you approx. 125mph or so. With a 1.6 60ft that should get you into the 10.9's with decently quick shifting.

This is assuming you have the Evo 8 4th gear. The Evo 9 4th gear kills the back half at this point forcing you to shift into 5th.

 

Not to mention my clutch was slipping all through 4th gear on that run.

 

I tried alot at Atco track in NJ. I've been getting alot of high, high 10's because of tire issues and clutch slipping.
