Dogbox back in the 8’s last night 170mph
Well we wanted to back up the pass we made Sunday (8.87 167mph). Well here is how it played out.
1st pass low boost 9.2 162mph 1.49 60foot
2nd pass up the boost 8.75 169 mph 1.52 60foot
3rd pass more boost 9.0 161 log showed the car was pedaled 7 times to keep it out of the wall to much power
4th pass turn the boost back down 8.8 at 170mph 1.59 60 foot
At this point we need a proper prepped track so we can put the good tune up in her. The good news is the car is getting faster and more reliable. We have not had 1 driveline failure since the car was built.
So that’s 3 8sec slips in 3days. We have now hit our goal of a car that can make more then 1 good hit a year and also 170mph. I could not be happier.

Im glad to see the car is finally where Alex wanted it to be. And the awesome thing is that it is only september!

Great job Dogbox Racing! I saw the blue evo run at E-town's Evo vs Sti day.
Car runs real strong and was all over that poorly prepped track, which was
probably due to the fact that there was soo many street tired cars running.
But there is no such thing as too much power, only too little traction!!!
