Steven Performance goes 9.07 @ 160 MPH
^ yeah its weird, it sounds like hes lifting to shift and its jerky. So can you get better shifts with a dogbox..I think so. Dont get me wrong its good driving and keeping it in line was impressive. Its an 8 second machine no doubt.
easier said than done! Looks like he was out of the grove most the run, which makes keeping the car straight more a priority then shifting it quicker... when you are out of the groove, it is a lot more unpredictable how the car is going to react, even more so at higher speeds. Sometimes slowing down the shift will help get traction back. When you are driving it, you feel what the car is about to do in real time vs an in car camera shot that just doesn't show all what is really going on.

Good point. I can only imagine going that quick..would love to try though
Holy S***t That driver is one insane dude. He stays in it even thou the car was drifting back and forth. I've been there that's scary as hell. 9.0 what a tease... Very impressive. You'll go 8's and keep us posted.
