beat a mustang

My little RS beat a Mustang gt tonite. Beat it by 4 tenths too, I had him owned on everything but the reaction time, he stomped me there.

This why you can't be a mag racer. A freshly paved track and right after the rain makes for very slick almost icy conditions, adv awd. All the rwd cars were smoking their tires for like an 1/8 mi. I was running about 2 sec off what I normally do. I was so hot and humid. Yes I know my reaction times are bleh, but this was the first time I raced since last Aug. Some other times I remember, an Integra GSR ran a 17.9, an RS with a ton of mods ran a 17.0 The rexes and stock gt's were in the upper 16s tonite too. So my times look good except for the awful reaction times.

Agreed. Like it was meant to be there.

You know I was only kidding bout the slips, but I think that makes you the first person I've ever seen post slips on these forums.

Even with my embarrasing badbad r/t too...This was the first time trying to launch without trying to break my tranny, killed my time really bad
My 1/4mi times look slow until you compare them to the other cars, then I don't look bad at all.

Seriously, everyone's times sucked last night
A rs with the mrt header back system, only ran a 17 flat. That was by far the fastest RS there too.
