little bit better :) 10.91 on the 8 turbo

Hit pir again last night. Still cant cut me a 1.4x but nailed down two more back to back 10 sec passes with the stocker. I was hoping to bump awddyno down to 3rd, but it didn't happen. runs were:

60' - 1.563
1/8 - 6.999 @ 100.43
1/4 - 10.919 @ 124.61

backed it up with:

60'- 1.572
1/8 - 7.010 @ 100.54
1/4 - 10.928 @ 124.65

Ive got a points race next weekend, so i will try for a 10.79 on the stocker. running outta time to get this done, I'm sure ill be getting a call from Aaron at English Racing telling to bring her down for the next phase . Cant wait to see what the car will do with the red set up.

^^^but you're still at 6200' altitude. That's a HUGE difference. Running 11.1 with an FPblack at that altitude is very impressive.

OP - congrats man. Great times on the stock 8 turbo!!! I'm also interested in your tire pressure as well to yank off 1.5x 60' times so consistently.

yea elevation blows, i know at sea level with radials my car would rip some better times, probably doesnt help that my car is a full weight pig either lol

just crazy so many guys going low 11's high 10' with the stock turbo while the rest of us have to pay $$ just to get those same times

^^^Move to a lower altitude or shed some weight. I'm pretty sure these guys running 11s and 10s on stock 8 and 9 turbos aren't running full weight. Weight can make a HUGE difference in your times. Even a hundred lbs or so makes it feel so much different.

Damn, holy crap, not bad for a stocker.
I think you can hit high 10s if you push out a little bit more power out of that mini bitty turbo, haha.

what are you talking about? he went 10.91...in case something dramatically changed that I haven't heard about, 10.91 is in the high 10s. correct me if I'm wrong.

OHH crap, woops! That's my bad again, hahaha!
I meant low 10s, 10.2 - 10.4. NOT high 10s. He already achieved high 10s, haa.
But yeah, my bad, mistake typo.
