Thanks Mitch, 2 problems egr line popped off and I had an oversized vacuum line on the mbc.

Not really. I ran the car at 24.5 psi and it was barely over 100% and it didnt make a change in fueling.

I turned it down and ran it in all gears, the highest I saw was 96% when on average it was lower.

Hmm thought for safety though you never want anything above 90% as rule of thumb when it came to duty cycle on the injectors? Hence why bumping up on injector size would be key in this guys situation to say the least

There is no doubt that he needs bigger injectors. I am not losing control of the injector and injector MS is not to crazy high to where I am worried.
