I dont like how people say the car is stock. The stock model of that car is the Mustang GT. Shelby modified the car and then sold it with there specific modifications to the masses. Just my view on things

Sure it's called that, the name helps sell the car, Shelby has nothing to do with the GT500 other than that really though. SVT designed and built.
