I have managed a 11.94 down the 1/4 with a 2.02 60ft at 121mph. Stock motor, no cams. I just have a EF3 and a reflash on pump 98 (New Zealand)
I dont use launch control or anything, so its a struggle to get a good launch with my set up. But I am happy I made a lazy 11 pass.

Prob doesnt have AC and has lots of light weight parts. Small brakes, coilovers and such.

I had mine down to 2940 with AC still and full interior, and no light weight parts cept for rims (RPF1s). Bigger Brake Kit too and stock shocks/struts.

You can easily do 2800 with AC if you buy all the light weight parts (crossmember, mustache bar, etc) and be smart about it.
