I agree. Probably cheaper to be a 10 sec evo then make an oz a ten sec car

I like evo more personally, all personal reference. If your debt to income ratio is good, finance it.

it would probably take over 20k to make that car go that fast.

I would say the car just needs a built motor and Fp red to run 11s , good slicks and suspension of course .
My car runs mid 13's but does not hook up , traps what a 12 second car does and i am stock everything with a stock Evo 8 turbo on only 10psi . My car only puts down 240whp 250Tq on a Dynojet . I dont see why it making about 150whp more from a built motor fp red wouldnt hit mid to low 11's . Keep in mind that these cars weight in full weight at 2500 pounds .

When I had my lancer I was gonna do a mivec head swap or even a GSR head swap preferably and then build the bottom end from the lancer preferably because its a 2.0 and the others are 1.8L.If you could source one then after that you should be able to source the performance parts you need from the web.

Yeah I think I will. After I get a steady good paying job. I'd probley keep my OZ if I get a Evo, I'll try to keep my first car for as long as I can. Do you know how much payments would cost on a Evo by any chance?

Thanks,
-Andy
