Just 2 questions:
1)How far is 1/4 mile in meters??
2)How accurate are those time attack displays??
Thinking of getting a REVSPEED from APEXi but not if it's hunk of junk.

 

My Lancer's time is:

0 - 100kmh: 8.15 seconds
1/4 mile: 15.54 seconds

My mods are, exhaust system, cold induction K&N Pod filter.
During the drags, i removed excess weight like the spare wheel and stuff, and the conditions were nice and cool suiting the induction system.
I beat all in the drag, even V6 commodores. damm! Surpising what u can do with a few mods.

 

oh yeah and a top speed of
205 kmh
Not too bad from the stock 1.8L engine. heheheheh.

 

1/4 mile is ~ 402 meters or 1 lap around an outdoor (running) track.

Holy cow. Those are very scary times by beating civic dx's in the low 20 sec range, losing to a base model sentra (previous gen - manual) with just intake in the high 18's, and losing to the 5g DE coupe auto with intake floating in the low 19's.

Your nearly 3 sec 60' times are killing you. You're definately not putting power to the ground.

Also, I have seen LS lancer run 18.3x in cold weather and 18.5's when the weather got hotter. He may have had intake. This was in Jan.

i just went to firebird international raceway in phoenix. I have a lancer oz with 17's and an intake, and I ran the 1/4 in 17.205, on a full tank of gas. They paired me with a dodge challenger r/t, I smoked his *** up to about 50-60, but as you all know he flew past me for 14.2 run. I want those idiots to pair me up with those hondas, and other 4 cylinders.

 

12.59 @ 112mph... top speed "a Porsche that I beat one night claimed that we were going 163mph".. I don't really know cause my speedo only goes to 145mph.... It was burried...
