PIR looks like a pretty nice place.

 

Good facility but crappy prep. Woodburn (the daytime stuff) is far better prep, no real noise restrictions, and still really good facilities. The main issue is Woodburn is an hour a way and Portland is 15 minutes so its easy to hit up PIR but its usually slower.
