Did you wetsand and polish it at all afterwards? What you could be seeing is the clear isn't level.

That clear coat is complete garbage - might as well used ladies nail polish clear coat. Anyone who knows anything about paint will be using a urethane based, activated clear coat. Dupont Chromobase (chromoclear) is the one I use. Sikkens also makes an excellent clear.

Avoid DIY paint videos with spray cans. When was the last time you heard of a professional body-shop getting paint from your corner auto-parts store?

Good idea, wrong materials.
