Is this your car??

Funny enough I never found you cause you were mixing it up with the 8&9 boys lol. I can't lie you are my new target but that's cause you are out there putting in work with your machine. Guys like you keep guys like me motivated to go faster.

Post up more and hang out. I'm trying to wake this X drag racing game up in the coming months. Wish you were closer to this side of the country Buschur shoot out is coming up in Aug we could use the help against the big boys.
I run and compete the car a lot but only in this area (bay area, CA). Can't compete with the big dogs at the shootouts just yet. The car has been crazy reliable but since the power is cranked up, I can't get it to hook anymore. Going to try a Quaife LSD in the transfer case and see how it does. The taller FD that I got into trans now solves the max trap speed in 4th gear issue. You're making me excited about this year. Let's do this!

100% stock suspension, wheels, and tires, dump it off the launch RPM and cut low 1.6's 60 ft's everytime (as you can see in the video). Now with higher power, I'll be lucky if I see an occasional 1.7 60 foot on a run. It's mostly a smoke show at all 4 hoosiers and high 1.8's and 1.9's are typical. I think I have to move to boost by gear next.....

yea, set your RPM crossover for the boost tables to be split so that low gear reactive WGDC table is just 1st gear and lower it a bit. that should help

here's a good question...what kind of shifter setup do all you drag racing guys use and what do you feel is best for banging gears down the track? I currently have the Works SS, TWM M1 abrams knob, works base bushings, TWM cable bushings, and the AMS gate selector bushing. It's a decent setup, definitely shorter throws, but the effort required is higher.

Having the right or a good clutch is more important for banging gears imo but I have a TS Shortthrow with a blox $38 dollar weighted knob and and full bushings by TS.

The trap speed was off on the 12.3 due to running out of gas at the end lol

Here is the best trap speed.

Trying to wake them up slowly. The more I dig the more I find other capable X's. They just got to get themselves on a track and get on the list.
