Embed code to load race vids

I have a vid to load but cant figure out how to embed it can anyone help thanks.

Here's an example of mine:

[url= YOUTUBE URL HERE [/url]

I think if you just copy/paste the URL from youtube it will automatically embed even thogh it doesn't show it when "previewing" your post

Oh ok thanks a lot. I was looking at the preview and wasn't showing up.
