Ran the car twice and had a good time overall. The 4.11 gear finally paid off.

 

I'm signed up for the WGF in Virginia on 2-3 May.

what's your mods/power etc? (EDIT: watched the video after replying, it lists your mods...)

I'm on the 8k limiter at 131mph.
I need 4.11 fd
What size tires was that on?

 

Not sure about him. But on a 26" tire I do at least 150mph in 4th

 

I wouldn't do the 4.11 FD unless you have a 2.3/2.4 or trap over 150 in the 1/4 mile . The car suffers around town with the tall gearing. I'd prefer a 26" tall tire and stock gearing over a 4.11fd. It goes about 140 @8000 with a 4.11fd. I'll have a 2.2 soon so I'll decide if I'm keeping the FD or not .
I'm on bald 235-45-17 RS-3's New they are 25.3"

I could've made 10 passes but decided 2 passes was abusive enough on the stock engine. Its a fun event and I wanted to check it off the list of stuff I've done with this car.

Yea saw this video on Facebook. Congrats. If you have a 2.0 and high enough red limiter with good internals you do 150 in 4th. If done it. Stock tires.
