Considering I have had both sets in my hands, spoke to D2 about valving and ordered the same part number printed on the swift spring I would guess I know what they are. Here is a chart from swift if you need it. They use a 8f/5r spring. "Standard is 8/6. However they have D2 valve them differently on the rears.

I do not drag race at a track sorry. So that means I'm not allowed to buy certain parts?? I could really care less if you feel weather I am right or wrong. The hole big secret thing is quite stupid if you ask me. And again being I have had both sets and spoke to D2 them self's about valving I would take my word over yours.

It's not a secret. It's just their setup Lol. You know you can just call them and order them from the shop and everything would already be setup and probably cheaper and also correct. This is also the competition and drag racing forum

These 60fts can be achieved on stock suspension in a 3,000lb car. My last track outing, I was cutting 1.41-1.42's all day. The car was just under 700whp dynojet and went 9.7@143mph.

Well he wrote that pretty recently (May) when he broke into 8s just before the shootout, what is he using now?

Chris has had countless wheel/tire combos and probably has more seat-time than most evo drag racers. He knows what works, even if it works just for him. I've worked with him on multiple occasions and other than fine-tuning the car setup and working on your personal skills, here are a few basics:
1) The ALIGNMENT has to be set specifically for drag racing, so when it squats on the launch, all the tires are flat on the track and pointed straight all the way down the track. You'd be amazed how a good alignment will improve your 60's, MPH, and ET.
2) The lightest WHEELS with the stickiest TIRES.
3) Generally slicks grip the best between 12 and 18 psi, don't be afraid to lower the pressure, that's how they're designed to work.
4) Even though there's more potential to break parts, turn up the 2-step. You bought those super sticky/expensive slicks, now make them work!
5) Someone else mentioned it already, but WEIGHT REDUCTION. Buschur has a nice page on this for guidance.

Hope this helps. I've been friends with Chris for a long time and finally purchased my own Evo. I have instagram (evo_andrew) for the car, but just started up on here.
