This will be first time racing for me. I do own a bolt on evo ix but I will be bringing my v6 galant turbo to this. FWD but we will see how she does =)

Are most people doing bracket class or heads up?

Yea I'm right at the NY border, I'll be coming down I81 to I380.

 

Im going to try for the stock appearance class hopefully my turbo doesn't knock me out of that.

 

this event is biased towards the Subarus.












They enforce strict cage rules, so very few Evos can show up to compete, leaving Subaru to look good running slow against each other

If you're running better than 10.5 if I recall correctly. Alot of Evos run 10's all day lol.

 

I will be there bro, last i went to etown like two months ago i went 12.8@112, on bold tires and broken tranny mount in 86 degree temp lol. So yeah i should be there to represent the Evos, i am surprised though that alot of faster Evo owners don't come to these events with or without roller cages. I am on stock9 turbo so i am depending on the cooler temps for faster times too. You will see a silver Evo8 with Ivey tuned sticker wingless that will be me.

 

Ill see ya there man, ill be in the wingless red x stock rims and a black vinyl roof. My Michelin PSS are not in the best shape I doubt ill do real good but it should be fun! Are there actually some fast subies that show up?

I was there but oh boy problems, i couldn't get my car pass second gear keep locking up stall for abt 3 seconds and still went 110mph. I will head back soon as i figure whats going on with my car. Good run though
