OK, I'm a mathematician not a drag racer, but if you have 1/8 and 1/4 times and speeds you can factor out most of the effects of launch, hook-up, and shifting and use
HP = (MPH(1/4)^2 - MPH(1/8)^2) / (T(1/4) - T(1/8)) * weight / 16400
I guessed 3400 lbs for the weight.

Yah dude....I learned that stuff in my physics classes in college....so many freakin formulas to remember. I plugged a few of them in my TI calculator for tests.
It works. Working Formulas is fun....seriously.
