if you dont boost it at low rpms in tall gears it wont do it

Although it doesn't matter to me. I would rather like to know who have the fastest time running a street set-up with the stock turbo (by this I mean how you will be running on the street daily, 93 pump with full weight, etc). Stripping the entire car along with other factors to get xx times is not as important to some people

I recently got alky but I think you misunderstood me. I like to see times where people run at the track like how they will run the car everyday. This just impresses me more. Others have their own preference. Please don't take it the wrong way. When I go to the track I run like how the car is driven daily.If one run race gas and drive every day without the spare tire/jack/weight removal like how they run at the track then
