yes it is.. the engine sits boxster style in the STI so it has the fuel rail in the front of the car... and he rumptured the fuel rail and it caught on fire.. impact was at approx 75 mph.. SERIOUSLY.. he hit so hard the seats twisted and the chassis is buckled under the SPARE TIRE!!

 

He looks like he pissed him self. Lucky to be alive after a head on at 75.

sti tires dont come with much tread. they're pretty much slicks off the lot. haha

yes but those are not stock STi tires, they are Falken RT-615s.

 

Damn!...he is lucky to be o.k. Too bad about his car though

The tires are azenis 615's and the tread looks fine for them.
