From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Here is how to use the 2step. ((This should be done only at the track)) ((And be careful - or your clutch is not going to like you much longer))
Clutch in, in first gear, gas to the floor, bouncing off 2step (RPMs depend on where you have it set to - stock on the 05/06 is 5k) (Should also be making 6-10psi of boost). Walk the clutch out a little bit just to the point that you feel all the slack coming out of it. Almost to the point of moving the car - hold it right there. Walk the clutch back fast but not dumping.

If you launch right, you'll probably scare yourself a little the first time. That's the way you know it was done correctly.
2)clutch to the floor
3)put it in 1st gear
4)get on the 2 step (put the gas pedal to the floor and the car should rev to and stay at 5000)
5)slip the clutch
OMG!!!
This is sooo simple...
First, put it in Neutral...
Second, Rev it up just a hair so you can hear the Exhaust thunder...
Third, put the E-Brake on and adjust the seat...
While your car is running, in neutral, the E-brake is on, and you have adjusted your seat...
Let a real man sit in there and launch it for you...
