Wink Post your 0-60 times here!

I had a friend with me in my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer ES (Manual), and we timed it from 0-60 a few weeks ago...

The first run I hit 11.3
The second run I hit 10.1

Then last night I timed it, and it hit 9.0 flat!

This little 4-banger is pretty ballsey, I only have a short-ram on, and I haven't dropped the extra weight of crap in my trunk:
3 DWP cones, 18lbs. of metal, and a backpack or two and some clothes.
I think I could have saved about 70lbs. of miscellaneous stuff, and I coulda dropped my friend too, but then he couldn't time it properly.

Oh well, I'm satisfied, tell me your time!

--- Kei

I never try 0-60s it's too hard on my baby. All I need to know is that my car is faster than anything else on the road (well almost)... Nobody ever chalenges me, they all know they WILL get their asses whipped.

launch at around 3100. Let off the clutch real slow. Shift at around 5800. At around 4500 in every gear i tap the clutch. I usually range between 8 to mid 7's, 7.4 is just my best time.
