that's freakin stupid of you to be doing...but i'm sure the other guys already covered that aspect of your story. and if your still wondering if you could get a ticket by somebody else narking you out...well you can so don't do more stupid **** like that.

Seeing this from my 29YO perspective, yes, you're a bad driver. I like to drive fast, too, but there's a time and place. A parking lot (or the road out front of it) is not the place. Get on a highway, road course, autocross course, or dragstrip. The highway probably isn't the best choice, either, but around here, highway traffic moves at around 80mph.

I'm another one of those that shouldn't have made it past 17. I remember flying down backroads out in the county, and sliding sideways through intersections onto state highways, in an Escort. I got lucky more times than I can count.

Now, for the most part, I keep it within 10mph of whatever speed traffic's going. If there's no traffic, I keep it within 10 of the speed limit. I still get there pretty quick, and in one piece.

i agree totally but see guys i drove by there today(considering that i work there) there was only one stop thingy in the road and i slowd down. I dont now what that lady was *****ing about. i think the story i told is a little off. considering that i talked to my friend and he said i did nothing wrong. Maybe it was just that lady that changed my POV of things. Considered she was a soccer mom in a lexus(who thinks she is better than any body else) i think she just got scared when she heard my exhuast plus i asked my manger he was cool and said that was private property and i couldn't get a ticket for it..

yes trust another 16yo of your same mindset to tell you if you are drivign liek you should. just bc you cant get a tix doesnt make it right or mean you couldnt still get into trouble for it. guess it didnt get thru your skull after all.

 

Driving fast in a parking lot is stupid and so is running a stop sign. Even if your careful, your'll never know, cause **** happens...

Dude if I saw you flying through a parking lot, I would intentionally let you hit me and then file charges to the fullest extent, sue the **** out of you, and publicly embarass you. People like you KILL people. It happened recently in my town at a Middle School. Older brother was picking up little brother, punched it leaving and ran down a kid in the crosswalk. i hate to be the one to say it...but your car most likely isn't that fast in the first place so stop pretending like it is. driving fast in a parkinglot doesn't impress anyone. it's stupid and unsafe. just because your boss said it's okay means nothing. maybe he's an idiot too? if you wanna drive fast..then go to a track. or are you scared of getting shown up?
