I like to lower my tire pressure to 14 to help with wheel hop

What RPM were you launching at? If you're running the Exedy or Cusco, Try a quick slip at 6500 or above. It should help with the hop. They're strong clutches and can take it......... so I'm told.

Fox or NBC was there and interviewed me about the car, he filmed one or two passes. Thats funny, I totally missed it. First pass he filmed I had to get out of it b/c wheel hop, second pass he filmed I ran the 11.99 or the 12.02, can't rememeber. Did he show the whole pass and what car was it with?

I think I ran a 13.01 on the first pass by letting up in 1st and then short shifting 2nd before I got back in it, mph was 110. Jon from TRE is going to go through the tranny and t/c so next time out I can feel secure about the drivetrain. I know the car has at least .15th left in it just the way it is. Also thinking about some 17" r-compounds (I am on 255 18"s right now) to help get the 60's times down. Best so far is 1.70 so I know I have at least .05th to pick up right there.

18"s and 100oct, just like I drive it with the kids in the back dropping them off at school(18mo. and 5yrs. and they already love accelaration). I am sure the 17" r-comps will get into the 1.65's or better. When you coming to Kalamazoo Al, missed you at Buschurs and I still need to get the custom tune. So far these times are still on the mail in BR Flash you did from me
and no other tunning.
