Thanks to Al, went the extra mile

I went to chi friday and decided it was time to step up from a base flash to a custom tune. I am a very satisfied dynoflash customer, have been for about a year or so. I got to the place to meet up with Al and we got started. Only we ran into a problem first thing. The probe on his tuning equipment would not fit in the bung of my aftermarket exaust. It looked pretty hopeless, he said we could go buy a dremel tool and grind it out but that wasn't an option, I only had exactly enough for the tune. He said well, while your here let's make sure your car is running good beings you drove out here. We went for a ride and he said the car was running good but I could definitly benifit from the custom tune. As we drove he saw a shop that looked open so he said let's check it out mabye they can help us. The shop was evolution auto performance inc. The guys in here were great they helped us out bigtime. We talked for a while and they brought my car in and got it up on the lift and ground out the bung for me. While we were waiting I told Al I didn't have money to pay for the work and Al said "don't worry bro". They got done and only charged us $5.00 which Al paid. We tuned the car it's running great. I love the custom tune. This was great customer service and this is why Al will be the only one to tune my car, he is all about what he does.

Nice to hear things ended up working out for you! Al, has definetly taken his service to a higher level! I have 2 custom tunes with him, more than satisfied both times, and your right he is all about what he does!

I'm also extremely happy with AL. I just got a mail in flash.. but I was pretty naggy about asking questions about almost everything lol.. he never once seemed frustrated with me.

dude you have 30k for an evo but can come up with $5.00... lol.
